Add a "why" note to every AI-written pull request
For tech leads who review code written by Claude Code or Codex. Each pull request gets a short note with the task, the agent's decisions and who approved it.
Full refund any time before delivery and for 14 days after. Target delivery: 31 January 2027.

Three steps, no change to how you work
Your developers keep using Claude Code or Codex as they do now.
A hook writes the note
On each developer's machine, a small hook turns the agent session into a short note. The note covers the task, files touched, decisions, options not taken and risky spots. It uses your own Anthropic or OpenAI key.
The note shows on the PR
When the pull request opens, our GitHub App posts the note as a check, with who reviewed and approved it.
Export it when asked
Records are kept per repo. Export any date range as one CSV, with approvers.
The diff shows what changed, not why
An agent-written pull request shows the code. It does not show what the agent was told, or why it picked one approach. Reviewers piece the "why" together from memory or old chats.
When an auditor or client asks how AI-written changes were reviewed, the answer is spread across laptops.
What it will and will not do
v1 will
- Work with Claude Code and the Codex CLI. One small hook per machine.
- Post a check on every PR. The task, decisions, options not taken, risky spots and approvers.
- Export to CSV. Use it as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 change evidence, or for a client handover.
v1 will not
- Support Cursor, Copilot or other agents.
- Mark which lines the AI wrote.
- Work with GitHub Enterprise Server, GitLab or Bitbucket. github.com only.
- Make you compliant or replace your auditor's judgement.
What leaves your machine
Only the short note and file names. Full transcripts are never uploaded or stored.

You do, through your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. A short note per session should cost little.
